MARS AVS-FLD-DC-5W Modular Solar Flood Light System | Expandable 1–3 Heads (5W Each) | 1000–3000lm | Smart Scaled Bifacial Panel (20W/30W/50W) | LiFePO4 Battery | MPPT | IP65 | 3-Year Warranty

The Beyond Solar MARS Solar Flood Light System is a versatile off-grid lighting solution designed for residential, commercial, agricultural, and security applications. Ideal for driveways, parking areas, warehouses, farms, construction sites, pathways, signs, and remote locations, the system provides reliable illumination without the need for trenching or electrical wiring.

Unlike traditional all-in-one solar lights, the MARS features a separate solar pack containing the solar panel, battery, and controller. This design allows the solar panel to be installed in the best sun-exposed location while the floodlights are positioned exactly where lighting is needed, resulting in improved charging performance and longer backup times.

The modular design allows customers to expand the system by adding additional floodlights. As more lights are added, the solar panel and battery capacity are upgraded accordingly to maintain optimal performance. Custom solar pack configurations can also be provided for projects requiring four or more floodlights.

  • Modular Solar Flood Light System – Expand from 1 to multiple floodlights using a single solar power platform.
  • High-Efficiency Osram LEDs – Delivers up to 200 lumens per watt with bright, uniform illumination.
  • Bifacial Monocrystalline Solar Panel – Advanced bifacial technology captures sunlight from both sides for improved charging performance.
  • Separate Solar Pack Design – Solar panel and battery are housed separately from the floodlight, allowing optimal panel placement and extended backup time.
  • Scalable Solar Power System – Solar panel and battery capacity automatically increase as additional floodlights are added. Custom panel configurations are available for larger installations.
  • Long Runtime Performance – Provides up to 3 days of operation on a full charge, helping maintain lighting during cloudy or rainy weather.
  • LiFePO4 Battery Technology – Long-lasting, maintenance-free battery with excellent safety and cycle life.
  • MPPT Smart Controller – Maximizes solar energy harvesting for faster charging and higher system efficiency.
  • ASW 3.0 Intelligent Power Management – Automatically reduces power consumption when battery levels are low to extend operating time.

FAQs

Watts measure power consumption, while lumens measure light output. Higher wattage doesn't always mean brighter light—lumens matter more for brightness.

It depends on the application. For example, small signs need around 3.4 watts, while large billboards may need up to 25 watts. Pathways usually need 15–25 watts, and parking lots or highways may require up to 70 watts.

Yes. Most LEDs range from 3000K to 5000K. Coastal areas may need turtle-friendly lighting, which impacts wattage and output.

These controls adjust brightness based on activity. They reduce power use during inactive times while maintaining safety and visibility.

They define how light spreads. Type II is ideal for paths and roads; Type III and IV suit parking lots and larger areas.

Always work with a solar lighting specialist. They’ll help ensure the fixture meets both lighting and solar power requirements efficiently.
